Yes, follow the steps below to add additional accounts to your existing login:
- Sign in to My Account
- In MyAccount near the top left, click Link Another Account
- Follow the prompts on screen. Repeat the steps above for any other accounts you wish to add to your MyAccount login.
If you want to amend or cancel an order you will need to contact ELGAS Customer Service. Before contacting us, please ensure you have the order number you wish to change, then call us on 131 161.
You can return any empty cylinders online if they are a part of an order for full cylinders.
If you only need to return cylinders but don't require any full cylinders, please contact us to arrange a collection.
Direct Debit
Payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account on the due date.

Sign in to My Account to pay an invoice or your account balance with your Mastercard or VISA.

Contact your participating bank to make this payment from your cheque or savings account.

Reference: Use your ELGAS Customer Number found at the top of your invoice.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Transfer funds directly to our bank account. Include your invoice number as the Reference and email remittance advice to payments@elgas.com.au
